Provide strategic direction/vision and oversight on all digital development activities and/or functions while managing the credit union’s digital development platforms and associated vendor services. Manages and supervises all in-house development functions related to Digital Banking, Public Website, Online Membership Application/Account Opening, Intranet, 3rd Party SDK’s/API’s and SaaS systems. Primary employee assigned to learn and apply new technologies and tools to our digital banking platform, mobile applications, websites and SaaS systems. Responsible for technical subject matter expertise on all application and website development. Responsible for interpretation of a multitude of API document sets and translate that to an enhancement in employee and member experience via digital systems.
